The Saints Rugby registration and fees package offers exceptional value for money. We are thrilled to keep these fees down to:

  • U6’s and U7’s $275
  • U8’s and older $370

Training Fee – All ages – $15

For the new rugby enthusiasts! We offer a specialized option just for you – the Training-Only Registration. For a mere $15, you can become a part of our club and actively participate in all training sessions. This nominal fee covers your insurance costs.

Additionally, if you decide to register for the full season, this $15 fee will be deducted from your total, making you eligible for the exclusive kit pack. Join us and embark on your rugby journey with ease!

Family Discounts

At the Saints, we prioritize family, which is why we’re excited to introduce family discounts for registering multiple family members:

$50 discount on the second family member $100 discount on the third family member $200 discount on the fourth family member

FAIRPLAY VOUCHERS

You can play with Saints Rugby using a FairPlay voucher. This government program provides eligible young people aged 5-17 with a voucher of up to $150 to join a sport or recreation club. To find out more click here

If you have a FairPlay voucher please register and pay in full and then the club will refund the voucher amount to the parents once we receive the funds from the QLD government.

To process refunds a form needs to be filled in, co-signed by SCRU and processed by ARU

PROOF OF AGE

All new players (and those with a FairPlay voucher) must provide a copy of their proof of age (birth certificate or passport) and/or their voucher to the club, at their first training session.

RUGBY XPLORER APP

Register to play, coach or volunteer with the Rugby Xplorer App. Saints Rugby will provide regular email and social media updates but you can also use this app to view upcoming fixtures.

HOW TO REGISTER:

You are required to have a Rugby Xplorer account to register.
Registrations can be completed via the app or website: 

  1. Open Rugby Xplorer app/ Rugby Portal and sign in by entering email address and password
  2. Click “Register”
  3. Click ‘Find a Club’
  4. Select who you would like to register, click “continue”
  5. Enter PEREGIAN SAINTS RUGBY and “search”
  6. Click Club name and “next”
  7. Select Registration Role, Registration Type and Duration from dropdowns, click “next”
  8. Registrations will display as open or closed. If open, continue through the process. If closed, contact your club or check our troubleshooting guide
  9. Check personal details, click “next”
  10. Add a profile photo or click “skip”
  11. If required, update address, gender, country of origin, ethnicity and last registered, click “next”
  12. Choose privacy status ‘make my profile private’. Selecting no means your name will be displayed in the app on team sheets and live results. If you choose yes, your name will appear as ‘name withheld’. Click “next”.
  13. Enter emergency contact details, click “next”
  14. Additional information
  15. Enter school, height and weight
  16. If non-playing members, enter WWC details
  17. Registration summary will appear
  18. Registration Fees can be expanded to show the breakdown of registration (insurance, state, association and club fees)
  19. There is a 2% transaction fee
  20. If applicable, enter NSW Active Kids voucher or Club Discount Code
  21. ‘Club Discount Applied’ will appear for successful discounts.
  22. ‘Incorrect Club Discount Code’ will appear for discounts that have already been redeemed or wrong code has been entered.
  23. Optional ‘Donate to my Club’.
  24. Select $5, $10, $25 or Other
  25. Accept ASF’s T&Cs
  26. Click “Add”
  27. Agree to Rugby AU T&Cs
  28. Click “Pay”
  29. Select payment option
  30. Enter credit/ debit card details; or
  31. Proceed through Zip Pay options
  32. Click “Make Payment’
  33. A confirmation screen will appear with “Finish” and a confirmation email will be sent to the registered participant.
  34. Would you like to add another registration?
  35. Selecting ‘Yes’, will enable family discounts in a registration loop (if offered by your club).
  36. By selecting no, you will no longer be eligible for a family discount (if offered)
