The competition
Saints Rugby competes in the Sunshine Coast Rugby Union competition, which is governed by the Queensland Rugby Union and the Australian Rugby Union.
The competition consists of 10 junior clubs – Saints Rugby, Noosa, Eumundi, USC, Sunshine Coast Grammar, Maroochydore, Mathew Flinders, Brothers, Caloundra and Maleny.
Game times & location
Games take place on Saturday mornings, with the younger sides starting as early as 8.00am, and the last games finishing at around 2.00pm.
Game times and locations are different each week and will be communicated by the team manager in the lead up to each game.
Players are expected to arrive 30 minutes before kick-off to warm up.

Uniform
Players are to wear their full kit to each game
- Saints Rugby Jersey
- Saints white rugby shorts
- Saints red socks
- Mouthguard
- Football boots
- Headgear (optional but highly recommended)
Rules
The way rugby is played gradually progresses according to age.
