TEAM TRAINING
Training takes place at both Peregian Ridges Sports Complex as well as access to additional training Fields around Peregian.
Training shirts must be worn for all training sessions
- All players must wear mouthguards and boots
- Headgear for U8-U16 players is strongly recommended
- All players to be on time for training
- Please touch base with your team coach if you have any queries

To be purchased by you:
- Mouthguards are compulsory for all training and matches
- Football boots with moulded studs are permitted in all age groups
- Head gear is recommended for all ages. Please check that head gear is Australian Rugby Union or IRB-approved)

COACHING AND TRAINING
All coaches at Saints are suitably qualified and coaches are provided with opportunities to educate themselves further and upskill. Players will be coached properly to promote safe body positions in contact and the necessary skills of the game.
